FIU External Relations – News and Communications Intern
FIU News and Communications in FIU’s Division of External Relations is seeking an intern for its online and print publications. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing and interviewing skills along with a go-getter attitude. Staff will provide direction and productive feedback in what should prove an excellent learning opportunity that results in a number of published articles. The paid internship requires roughly 15-20 hours per week and lasts approximately six months with the potential to go longer. Interns will participate in weekly news huddles and interact with seasoned editors as well as photographers, videographers and designers.
